The Mentoring Organisation
Most organisations don't outsource their mentoring; they attempt it themselves. A well-intentioned programme is announced, pairs are matched, and then it quietly fades.
At the other end of the spectrum, organisations with L&D budgets send select people to established providers for high-quality programmes that change the participant but not the environment they return to. Without structural support, those changes rarely stick and rarely cascade. Additionally, the immense knowledge, experience, and wisdom that already exists inside the organisation is left untapped.
There is a third way.
We work with organisations to build the internal capacity to run their own mentoring and coaching programmes; programmes that are embedded into the DNA of the business, that transfer institutional knowledge before it walks out the door, and that grow stronger over time rather than fading after launch.
The goal from day one is self-sufficiency. Within 18 months, your organisation owns this. We don't.
It is also an unusual offering. Programmes designed to make an organisation self-sufficient are rare. Self-sufficiency is seldom in the commercial interest of those providing the service. We are built differently. Our measure of success is that you no longer need us.
