We teach organisations how to teach themselves.
Nisoka doesn’t deliver development on your behalf. We build the system that allows your organisation to develop itself and we stay until it does.
The Approach
Every engagement begins with a question: what is this organisation trying to achieve, and what would become possible if its people shared more, grew together, and carried each other forward?
The answer shapes everything; which parts of the organisation we start with, what the framework looks like in this specific context, what training is needed, and what the handover requires. No two implementations are identical. The destination is always the same.
What we build is a mentoring framework that is:
Designed for your organisation. The structure, the pairing criteria, the governance model, and the training are all developed in collaboration with you and tailored to your people, your culture, and your goals.
Embedded in your operating rhythm. Not a standalone programme, but a practice that sits alongside performance reviews, goal-setting, and the other rhythms your organisation already runs.
Taught, not just installed. We develop and deliver all training for both roles within the framework. As your L&D team becomes proficient, the training transfers to them. All material is left with you in a format that allows new people to be brought in indefinitely.
Yours when we leave; the goal from day one is that Nisoka exits and the organisation continues without us.
What this looks like in practice
The work of building a Self-Mentoring Organisation™ draws on facilitation, group mentoring, and team coaching. These are not standalone services, but the instruments through which the framework is designed, tested, embedded, and refined.
Facilitation brings leadership teams into alignment on what the framework needs to achieve and what success looks like for their organisation.
Group mentoring introduces the practice at scale, building the muscle of giving and receiving before the full framework is in motion.
Team coaching addresses the collective dynamics that shape whether a mentoring culture can take root, surfacing the patterns that help or hinder team goals
These are not separate offerings. They are part of how we build the system.
For Individual leaders
For senior leaders and executives who want focused, one-on-one support alongside or independent of an organisational engagement, Nisoka offers executive coaching grounded in neuroscience and 25+ years of lived executive experience. Engagements are typically 8–12 months and shaped entirely around the individual.
Every engagement starts with a conversation.
Tell us where your organisation is — we’ll tell you what’s possible.
