Building from the inside out.

Nisoka Consultants exists because inner capacity is the thing that makes everything else work. Strategy, structure, and systems all depend on the person leading them. When that capacity is high, performance follows. When it isn't, even the best plans underdeliver.

Priya's Story

There's a tiny library in the Mechanical Engineering building where I spent most of my university years. I was the second woman, and the first Black woman, to graduate in Mechanical Engineering from a 100-year-old university. My classmates were never unkind. I was just an unknown entity. So I worked, alone, in that library.

My final year, a lecturer confessed he'd expected me to drop out since second year. I remember feeling more curious than upset. Why would I drop out?

Years later, climbing Kilimanjaro, our porters placed daily bets on whether that would be the day I'd turn back. Curious again; why would I turn back?

It's not fearlessness. Forward is the only direction that's ever made sense to me.  Over the years I've come to believe that's a learnable thing. It's also at the heart of everything we do at Nisoka Consultants.

Our Story

After graduating, I spent more than 25 years in executive roles across engineering, technology, operations, and financial services. I watched organisations invest in strategy, structure, and systems. I also watched some of those investments underdeliver. The thinking was not wrong, but the people leading the work didn't have the inner capacity to execute under pressure, navigate complexity, or hold steady when things got hard.

That's what shifted my focus to coaching. This is not a reinvention, but a natural next chapter of work I've always done.

I am a neuroscience-based, ICF-accredited executive coach. I create calm, rigorous spaces for honest conversation while keeping the work focused on outcomes that matter.

If something here resonates, whether you lead a team, run a business, or are simply ready for what's next, let's have a conversation.
